SCROLL

What if you spotted change before anyone else and turned it into a strategic advantage?

Growing up in a multicultural environment, I was fascinated by how different cultures, environments, and mindsets shape the way we see the world—and the decisions we make. So I started asking bigger questions about systems, society, and the long-term consequences of our actions.

A QUICK
INTRODUCTION

This curiosity led me to years of researching and teaching change across the world—from New Zealand to the UK and now Switzerland. I work with students, businesses, and policymakers on questions of change and transformation.

But over time, I became increasingly frustrated by a troubling trend: Businesses chase quarterly results. Governments focus on the next election cycle. Leaders optimise for immediate gains rather than long-term resilience. While this short-term approach can yield quick results, it ultimately limits our ability to adapt and thrive in an unpredictable future.

As I reflected on this pattern, I realised that I couldn’t stand by and watch. I needed to do more than just resarch change—I wanted to help leaders create change. That’s why I founded the FuturesCoach: to equip managers, teams, and decision-makers with the tools to think beyond the next quarter—to anticipate change, prepare for uncertainty, and build resilient organisations.

WHAT I CAN
HELP YOU WITH...

There are three common challenges I help leaders and their teams overcome when preparing for the future:

Building a Futures Mindset

Your team is stuck in reactive mode, focusing only on immediate challenges and missing opportunities for strategic innovation.

Anticipating Change

You’re struggling to identify weak signals and emerging trends early enough to make a meaningful impact.

Turning Change into Action

You’re identifying trends and potential futures, but translating those insights into actionable strategies feels like an uphill battle.
